Warming up and cooling down is an essential part of wellness when engaging in any physical activity! In floorwork, you will use your entire body. It is important that you take the time to care for your body after all that it has done and will do for you. Be sure to check out the FREE warm and cool down!

My FREE makeup course is meant to demonstrate how to use water-based face and body paint, familiarize yourself with different brushes, and explore paint textures as well as application. I will be using Mehron Paradise Paint and Wolfe Fx Paint, but if you have questions about other types of body paint please feel free to contact me! 

For any type of body paint, be mindful of getting it in your mouth or eyes as it may cause injury. Please seek any necessary medical attention should the paint come into contact with your eyes or mouth.
